There are a block of rooms reserved for us at the rate of $106.00 a night (Friday and Saturday night). You can call the hotel directly at 303-427-4000 or reserve your room through the following link. RAFFLE GIFT DONATIONS:
If there are any business partners, sponsors, teams or judges that would like to donate gift(s) and price(s) for the raffle at the banquet, please contact Debbie Scott or any board member (bod@rmbbqa.org). And thank you all for being part of a great association and contributing to a great successful BBQ year. We especially need items for the Kids Corner.
CHARITY DONATION:
This year the RMBBQA will be accepting cash donations for Operation BBQ Relief. For every $5.00 you donate, you get one raffle ticket. We will be accepting cash or checks for this donation.
We will also have a one hour round table for event organizers to have open discussions on new ideas and things that might need adjusted for next year.
